Ran my 50th Parkrun

Now that the MBA is finished and sailing is done for the year, we've been running lots more Parkruns.

My favourite is definitely Northala Fields (sorry, Bury St Edmunds, you're so muddy!).

Northala is still quite small (200-300 runners) and stupendously friendly. The course is pretty flat and on pavement or paths all the way around. They also have a great routine for anyone doing a milestone run. Too bad we only have one more run there before Charlie moves!
